Deanmark is a family owned real estate company started by our mother in Ottawa in 1995 with the purchase of a single apartment.  In the past 20 years Deanmark has grown from real estate investment to the construction, renovation and rental of luxury homes and condominiums in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, and other cities across Canada.

 

We produce high quality inner city luxury homes that focus on our customer’s comfort and style. Deanmark built homes have creative European style open concept layouts that maximize living space and natural light. The interiors reflect modern, durable, and natural finishes with oversize ceiling height.

 

Deanmark is proud to specialize in building luxury homes in the West Hillhurst, Hillhurst, Bridgeland, Crescent Heights, Briar Hill and surrounding communities of inner city Calgary.  Deanmark’s standard is to build as if we were building our own home - because we are.  We live in the West Hillhurst area in a Deanmark home we built ourselves.  We look forward to calling you our neighbours.
