Mark Bajramovic BSc, MBA, PhD
President, Managing Partner
Mark began his McGill University education in Honors Biochemistry and went on to receive a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems (1999), an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship (2002), and is a PhD in Organizational Behavior from the McGill, John Molson School of Business, and HEC joint PhD program.
Mark has won multiple academic scholarships and awards, including the Power Corporation of Canada Graduate Fellowship and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada Research Assistantship Bursary, and is the author of several media articles and a book chapter that have been presented at conferences internationally.
His business experience began in 1995, when Mark co-founded Deanmark, a real estate development and holding corporation. Mark has since grown the firm to included 21 wholly owned rental properties and develop 10 to 15 in-fill projects per annum. In April of 2010, Mark one of international finalists nominated for the Health and Technology Innovation Award at Well-Tech in Milan, Italy. Mark was featured in several journals including the National Post, the Montreal Gazette, the Ottawa Citizen, FHM Magazine, South East Globe Magazine, BeSpoke Magazine, as well as engadget.com and gizmodo.com.

Dean Bajramovic BSc, MA

After finishing a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Toronto (Canada) Dean worked in Osaka (Japan) for two years. Dean later returned to school to obtain an Master of Arts from London Metropolitan University (UK). In 2014 Dean completed the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Dean co-founded Deanmark Ltd as Managing Partner in 1995. He assumed day to day management of the company in 2004 when Deanmark expanded it’s focus from the Ottawa market to Eastern Canada. Deanmark purchased properties outside of Ottawa for the first time in 2004, buying and selling condos in Toronto and Montreal. In 2011 the company saw the potential in the Alberta real estate market and made an comprehensive push into Western Canada.
Additionally, Dean has pursued his interest in film – working as a director, writer and producer. His movies have been distributed in 18 countries. Dean has won 6 Best Feature Film awards at festivals in Toronto, Los Angeles, New York and other cities.
Jean-Frédéric Lavoie
Interior Stylist
Jean-Frederic Lavoie, studied Applied Arts and Interior Design at Francois-Xavier Garneau College (Quebec) where he received several awards and commendations. Upon his arrival in Montreal in 2001 he joined Inversion Furniture, a pillar of design in Quebec. He gradually ascended to the Latitude Nord design team - the largest importer of high-end furniture in Canada. Jean-Frédéric has worked with prestigious global clients including Cassina, Minotti, Baccarat, Poliform, MDF Italia, STEAM Kitchens and many others.
In 2012, at the age of 40, Jean-Frédéric Lavoie become an independent Design & Development Consultant. He works with an exclusive clientele as designer for furnishings, custom furniture and building site manager for turnkey projects. Whether for residential, commercial, urban or rural projects, Jean-Frédéric Lavoie always brings a warm touch with comfortable, minimalist style.
Jean-Frédéric is the Lead Interior Stylist for Deanmark Ltd on all of our luxury residence housing.
